15-Minute Sweet Chilli Prawn Noodles

Sweet chilli sauce is in nearly every Aussie fridge, and it makes a brilliant stir-fry sauce when you balance it with soy and oyster sauce. The result is sticky, sweet, salty and just a little spicy.

Prawns cook in about two minutes, so this one comes together very fast. Use hokkien or egg noodles, or even instant noodles with the seasoning sachet thrown out.

Finish with a squeeze of lime and plenty of fresh herbs to lift it.

  • 1 tbsp lime juice, plus wedges to serve
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
