5-Minute Garlic Chilli Edamame

Garlic chilli edamame is the side everyone orders at Asian restaurants and then tries to recreate at home. Good news: it's one of the easiest things you'll ever cook.

Frozen edamame pods go straight into a hot pan with garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce and a little sugar, and are glazed in seconds. Finish with sesame oil and flaky salt.

Eat them with your fingers, pulling the beans out with your teeth, and lick off all the garlicky sauce.
