10-Minute Chilli Crisp Noodles

If you've got a jar of chilli crisp in the cupboard, you're 10 minutes away from dinner. These noodles are crunchy, spicy, salty and a little sour, and they're dangerously easy to make on repeat.

The sauce gets mixed in the serving bowl while the noodles cook: chilli crisp, soy sauce, black vinegar, a little sugar and raw garlic. Hot noodles go straight in and you toss.

Add a fried egg or some leftover chicken if you want more protein, and any greens you can blanch with the noodles.
